Seattle Trip Aug. 2012 This artichoke sandwich at Chaco Canyon Organic Cafe was so good! When I got home I bought the ingredients to make my own. The sandwich has artichokes, sprouts, sliced cucumbers and veganaise on it. The lentil soup was excellent too. I need to find a restaurant like this here in the Bay Area.
